Yes, the comic actually follows bits of the cartoon. The latest chapter is pretty much based on the action of Episode one. It's a reference to the cartoons, since well this project is about remaking the cartoons in comic form.

I think the most important thing is to scan your linework at 600 DPI or something or 300 DPI than use level in Photoshop and I think that's it =)
Also a good scanner works too =P
I color with a Wacom Tablet yes :), Onichild draws the lineart on paper.

Well I think that was the charmes of the Zelda cartoons, Link was a big jerk and Zelda was a snob and although they worked together a lot. They sorta had this hate/love relationship which I find very interesting.
We really want Link to be a regular guy instead of the chosen hero of Hyrule. That's also the reason why he isn't acting very heroic but more like a traveler/adventurer. Zelda on the other hand is the girl that really never left the castle other than for politicial reasons.
haha most fans did enjoy that line Sareck, but there are some fans who absolutely hated it.
Ohhhhh~ and Ganon will come eventually. That's all I can say.

Since Link is always a new character, we gave him a different look then the current Link's. He's more related to the oldschool Link with brown hair. The reason why we gave Link green eyes is because he represents the color of the triforce of courage.
Yes Link at the moment isn't really heroic. But during the process of the story he will grow in a more matured character. =) You'll have to wait and see!

Haha that was the main idea behind it. It's something wasted most people dislike. It's a goal to actually make something like that in a more modern way so people will hopefully think a little different about those old episodes. 8D

Well at the moment Melora from historyofhyrule.com is doing a project of translating doujinshi's and Zelda manga's. You can scan them and maybe send them to her, you can also contact glitterberry from Zeldapower.com, she translates the original LoZ manga at the moment.
